47años aun mestruo y siento malestar

mestro 3 dias a umentado el flujo pero tambien quedo adolorida despues de la mestruacion me duele pies, ojos, brazos me siento agotada a pesar que duermo bien, me engordo con facilidad no como mucho pero estoy inchada. que hago. a donde acudo a que me revisen.
