hombre 35 anos dolor abdomen radioimagen dice impression: hepatomegaly. the liver is enlarged measuring 18.1 cm in its largest diameter. no focal hepatic lesions are seen. the gallblader is well distended whitout evidence of cholelithiasis. no intra or extra hepatic bilary duct dilatation is seen. no groos sonographic abnormalities in visualized sections of the spleen, kidneys, pancreatic bed region or prevertebral vessels.
